Though we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, we do understand that there may be problems with your order that would require you to return your cards to us.
If you do need to return your cards for any reason, please fill in the form below and wait for your return instructions. We will provide you with an RA# that must be written on the package of your return. Make sure all the blanks are filled in so we can better respond to your request. Stock cards must be in resalable condition. Personalized cards are subject to preapproval. Some exceptions may apply. All items must be returned with all original packaging. Note: All requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order for us consider your return/credit. Please be as specific as possible so we can resolve things quickly. Your satisfaction is our goal.
